75. Revival Market
If Asia Market represents the old idea of a restaurant in a grocery store, Revival represents the new. In a svelte Heights space, partners Morgan Weber and chef Ryan Pera purvey heirloom meats and all manner of local artisanal goods, from breads to preserves, house-cured salumi to casked-on-site sorghum, soys and vinegars. These fine raw materials find their way into a short menu that starts out with butcher-shop tacos and exemplary coffee at breakfast, then moves through soups, salads and sandwiches (andouille banh mi, anyone?) from lunch through dinner. There’s often a seasonal surprise, and baked goods from pastry whiz Rebecca Masson write a sweet finish.
